Substitute Teacher Packet 12/15/04
A Word document gleaned from the Oklahoma Department of Education Website. You can customize it as it best suits your needs.
Chapter Newsletter 12/15/04
A pdf copy of a newsletter published under the supervision of John Guttadore and Daryl Goodwin, Greenville FFA. Advocacy is important at all levels. I would suggest that you always connect your articles to whatyou are teaching in class, student opportunities, and potential employment.
Individual Professional Development Plan designed especially for Ag Ed. The document is not meant to evaluate a teacher, but rather, the local program.
FFA Banquet Program of Activities
Michelle Koverman and Brad Lentz submitted an Excel spreadsheet that contains a sample FFA Banquet Program of Activities. They borrowed their idea from Preble Shawnee FFA and modified it to meet their needs. To open the file you will need Microsoft Excel. Once you open the file all you have to do is click on the tabs at the bottom of the file to move around to the different worksheets they have designed. The worksheet is not protected so you can add additional committees and even edit the examples that have been enclosed. If you have any questions about the file, contact Michelle Koverman or Brad Lentz.

Record Book Evaluation Scoresheets
Former teachers of agriculture, Harold Niehaus and Kip Hamilton have created a series of record book evaluation
scoresheets. The score sheets are wonderful tools to
assess student's record books. Harold and Kip have used
the evaluation sheets with great success over the past
several years.

Recording your SAE visits
Harold Niehaus and Kip Hamilton also developed two Exel worksheets to help evaluate students' SAEs. One is a rubric to score the student's progress, the other is a record of all related visits. Todd Vehorn, Tecumseh, has developed a form where teachers can document student SAEs in paragraph and photo form. Why not take a look and see if these will work for you?
