A request from Mark Sanborn - I was blessed to serve as an officer for the Ohio FFA Association. Much of what I do today is built on my personal experiences in the FFA on the local, state and national levels. As a result of these experiences, I am a strong advocate of FFA.
In collaboration with the Ohio FFA Foundation, last year I announced the initiation of the Kantner Scholarship Fund in honor of Dr. Earl F. Kantner. Additionally, I personally contributed $5,000 to this fund, and the Ohio FFA Foundation, Inc. is prepared to accept your tax-deductible contributions in honor of Doc. Our goal is to establish an endowment of $100,000 for the Kantner Scholarship Fund. I announced this scholarship during my presentation at last year’s Ohio FFA convention and recognized Doc on stage at that time. More (pdf)
