The FFA Alumni is designed to formally utilize the cooperation of the community to support agricultural education and the FFA. An FFA Alumni affiliate or group is a tool for the local FFA chapter in providing resources, whether that is monetary, human or other resources as needed.

The National FFA Alumni develops programs and provides leadership for the state association. In Ohio, the state FFA Alumni is lead by a council of representatives The Ohio FFA Alumni Council provides leadership for the state, provides monetary and manpower support for state events, and helps to regulate and start local alumni affiliates.

In particular, the Ohio FFA Alumni donates to several Ohio FFA Foundation projects and holds an annual golf outing to raise money for projects of the FFA and FFA Alumni. In addition, we hold an annual meeting to discuss issues, share ideas, meet in fellowship, and of course, to transact needed business.
